Saab 9000'87 SE Turbo Auto
I am ready to change the oil. Before at every oil change I use to use wynes engine oil flush in my renault. After a few years later I took off the sump to exchange it for another one. The inside was clean and there was no layer of old oil stuck onto it, so I know it works.
My question is, will muck and dirt work around the oil galleries and into the turbo, thus damaging the bearings?
The saab manual suggest 5 50w oil, but there is two types of mobile 1 either 0 40w or 5w 50. I know about the weather range and elasticity, but which do most 9000 turbo owners use?
Cheers
