Help... who's got the right answer??? 96 9000 Aero
I have been recently noticing increased pulling while breaking and/or driving on rutted roads. Also, my stearing seems to be lagging. Further, breaking at high speeds and/or steep hills feels and sounds like the ABS is going on and breaking power is weak (no ABS light on).
I brought the car into the shop. The inside 1.5 inch of the two front tires is down to the belt (1 yr old Dunlop sp5000 225 50 16 also the car was lowered about 1 inch at the same time (was told the alignment was done after lowered)). Snow tires look to have a similar pattern but not as dire. However, about 2 month ago I did run over a large racoon.
Answer #1: Saab shop... talk to the place you bought the tires and got the alignment. Looks like it could be the alignment.
Answer #2: Alignment Specailist... your car has been lowered and you can't lower a 9000 becauee they can't be adjusted...
Answer #3: Import Dealer where car bought, lowered and new tires... the alignment is probably out we can check that for you.
Well honestly I don't like any of these answers and even if they are correct I don't trust them so please help....
