1.25 inches still check out on front end machine within tol and no abnormal tire wear has been experienced in 31,000 miles same tires Dunlop 9000 sports. The geometry on the 9000 Saabs is pretty good, although not as good as the 900s and also non adjustable. Lowering adds less than 0.25 degree negative camber but still in tolerance for a normal factory set car. BTW Saab sets the caster/camber with 170 pounds of ballast in the drivers seat so when you have the camber checked be sure to add this. Camber is -0.15 to -1.15 degrees. Most cars I have seen seem to check towards -0.5 camber when new and -0.75 after many thoousands of miles(80-100,000) You may have something worn like bushings or ball joints but tire wear as you are describing is not normal for a tight car.
