It is certainly possible... many people here question whether or not it is advisable. The lpt only runs about 4 lbs of boost (about .25 atmospheres), the FPT has, I think, about 8 lbs. The danger associated with using a manual boost controller is it will override the part of the Trionic management that protects the engine in the event of you getting a bad tank of gas. Before you decide to go with a manual boost controller, you need to be 100 % comfortable with the quality of gasoline you are buying, and should always buy the highest octane possible, perhaps even use an octane booster. Is quality of pump fuel a concern in Poland? I know most European countries have 95 and 98 RON typically acailable, US states vary, but in Massachusetts we have from 87 to 94, canculated using the R+M/2 method, which gives a lower octane rating than the RON method. I think our 94 is about equivalent to 97 European, but I am open to correction on this. If anybody knows, please tell me. Dean, who frequents the NG 900 and Performance BB's here has a manual boost controller from Dawes Devices on his 900, and is very happy with it - look up his posts on thise boards, or ask him a question on one of them. There is a huge difference in $$$ and also less work to install a manual controller, but I would only do it if I had 100 % certainty in the quality of the fuel I can get. Good luck!
