This is risky, but try taking a long handled screwdriver and placing the tip near the oil pump housing, being very careful not to touch any of the moving parts. Place the handle carefully next to your ear and listen for the click to be clearly heard. Move the tip to several locations near where parts rotate to locate the loudest and clearest sound, and you've located the source of the problem.
You might want to experiment with tip placement while the engine is off to determine safe locations for probing before you begin. You don't want that driver "driven" anywhere while it's near your head!
I did this same replacement recently, replacing the pulley, seal and o-ring. On previous advice, I packed the pump with grease before reassembly and all worked perfectly. I read your previous posts, and I'm not sure if you packed the pump before you reassembled.
Stay with it; it's only a machine and you CAN fix it!
