His test is a good one but only a small piece of the puzzle.
It verifies that it is indeed the power to fuel pump that disappears.

In his case now he needs to find the main fuel injection relay and measure incoming power to relay and incoming ground signal from ECU.

That relay is found on driver side under dash panel.

A bulb (test light) hooked up between pin 86 (orange wire)on main fuel injection relay and ground and another bulb hooked between pin 85 (Blue/grey wire) and a power source (battery).
Keep in mind that wire colors can change with year and what part of the car it is at. That's why you need a schematic for that particular car/fuelinjection/year.

By checking the main injection relay instead of the fuel pump relay you cut the chase down a little since they are interacting with each other.

If the ground signal disappear on pin 85 (pin 36 on ECU) it is something telling the ECU to drop the ground to relay, that will also kill the fuel pump relay. And the chase goes on.

Since his car starts and run after some seconds of cranking I don't suspect the CKP sensor, but it could be the ingition switch????

The other way to do it is to start throwing parts at the car and see which one that fix the problem.

As you can see this is what it entails to chase an intermittent problem.
As faster you can find and hook up test lights to certain spots and interpret the signals when the problem occurs, as faster you can find the problem.
