Hi all-
First time poster, long time fan. I bought a 96 NG900 back in September, after a glowing inspection report (they said the clutch might need replacement at 90k). However, the clutch is now slipping and I am really hoping I won't have to spend $1k replacing the cable. I think it probably just needs adjustment but as much as I know about the car I'm hesitant to try this on my own. I'm taking it to an indy shop tomorrow.

Seeing as how there are some conflicting reports on the boards (some say get it replaced, some say get used to replacing it yearly, others say adjustment is all you need) would it be wiser to simply ask them to replace it or invest in a new cable altogether? The car has 64K on it.
