That is the name of the "thing" inside the stachion arm lower portion of the fork. The press nut, as the name indicates, is pressed in there. To push it out I had the arms OUT of the car. I then used a gear puller piston which JUST happened to be the right size of the nut hole, so I hammered the push nut out using the piston of the gear puller. Check DIP's site on the front suspension for a brief reference.
I would suggest taking the arms out of the car completely (they might already be out of the car), but this will create a new problem: releasing the ball joint (usually presses itself into the strut mount) a few well placed hammer hits to the CORRECT position of the strut mount might release it. Otherwise you need a special type of ball joint splitter. Whatever you do, DO NOT use a fork type of ball joint splitter!! It will trash the boots and the metal lip that holds the limp in place. In short it will destroy the control arms.
