First of all, $200 for just the labor to replace the window switch module (on top of $300 for the part) is obscene. I could do this blindfolded with a screwdriver in two minutes (and you can too... Blindfold optional of course)

To remove the window switch module... Take a screwdriver (the one in the trunk will do) and insert it at the leading edge of the window switch module where there is a little indentation. Pry up gently and the module will pop out. Disconnect the wiring by pushing in a release tab and pulling down one end of the connector (a picture would help here but you'll figure it out).

Now, you have two options... Buy a new module or try and clean and/or repair the one you have. Since you have nothing to lose, try and open up the module by separating the upper half from the base. There are two little tabs per side... Work a flat knife in along the seam and pry it open like a clam. It's not too difficult and the only damage you can do is scrape the plastic where it won't be seen anyway. The important thing is to keep the module TOP SIDE UP when you finally pry it open. That way the metal contacts don't drop on the floor (you'll see what I mean). It's not a big deal if they do drop but it's a PITA to figure out where they go back.

With the module apart, take the top section that has the gummed up switches to the sink and rinse it out. Towel it off and air dry... No liquids should have reached the lower circuitry but if any did just clean the board or any gummed up metal contacts. Make sure all the contacts are seated in their positions and snap the case back together. Plug it back in and push it back down... Try the switches which should now be "caffeine free"...

If you totally screw up the repair (unlikely) or the module is shorted out from too much coffee (never seen it happen), then you can get a replacement module from one of the TSN sponsors (like http://www.thesaabsite.com) for $220 or so.

Let us know how it goes...
