Was the NG900 actually out in 1993? I forget when I first saw a web browser, but I was in a dorm in college with fiber into my 386 when it happened.

Back then TSN was email only right? or was it Gopher, WAIS, usenet (still a force on the 'net), FTP, or some other format that no one remembers. Today's BB format is GREAT, contributes to 'real time' disucssions, and the buzz here is a blast.

My point: was there an on-line discussion format that allowed for this free flowing disucssion? Was there a means of distributing the product announcement like the flash on the saab website? Even gif's sucked to download over those ultra quick 9600/14400 baud modems of the day.

BTW, Scott. I've seen other BB's that must use the same SW you use for this, but they don't have the thread features set up like you do. This is set up PERFECT in my opinion. Once you're in a thread you can see the ENTIRE thread at the bottom, not just the children of the same post.

Keep it up! Can't wait for a test drive.

This whole thing has me nervous about when my lease is up in the summer of 03. Keep the 2000 9-3? Buy a 9-5? 9-5 wagon?
