I know there are good dealers out there. It is great that you have found one.

About 5 years ago, I took my C900 Saab to Hazelett Cheverolet/Geo/Saab in Kent, Washington (BTW they are no longer a Saab Dealer). I gave the Customer Service Rep. a typed list of the work I wanted done (1. Replace water pump, 2. Replace torn left steering rack boot, etc.). I asked to talk to the technician regarding a couple items and was refused. Unfortunatly I ignore this warning sign because I was in a hurry and they were the closest shop. The Customer Service Rep. did not past along my typed list and, in fact, wrote 'right' seering rack boot instead of 'left'. When I picked-up the car, I visually checked the steering rack boot and saw it was still torn. I asked the Customer Service Rep. about it. He showed my that the service order said 'replace right boot'and insisted that was what I had said, even though I had a copy of the original typed list with me. The techincian came out to the car because of the commotion. He said that yes he had replaced the right steering boot even though it was not torn because that was what the repair order said.

Long story short, I never got satisfaction from anyone at the dealership, including the owner.

Obviously, I immediately changed dealers. Carter VW/Saab in Ballard, Washington, is much easier to work with. Other than the Customer Service Rep. still not wanting to pass along my typed repair list, they do good work. Actually now that I am out of warranty, I use the independent shop Scanwest AutoSport in Seattle, they do great work and takes a personal interest in every customer and car.
