I take my 2002 9-3 to Arroway Saab in Katonah, NY and have had a very positive relationship during the 9 months that I have owned my car. I have had the Display screen & Saab logo replaced and the climate control reset without any problems and they always gave me a loaner and had the car done the same day. Last time a brought it in I also had new wipers sitting in the back seat that I was going to put on myself. When I picked up the car, they were installed free of charge. It also might help that I give the Technician $20 each time to buy the guys/gals some pizza for lunch.
