@ what RPM do "you" shift?

Just trying to get an idea of different driving styles of the masses.
Under normal circumstances, at what RPM do you usually upshift?
Personally, I usually shift about 3500-3700 under normal cruising, passing about 4500-4800, But what about you?
Does anyone honestly follow the dummy light?
What RPM do you NOT let the engine go below. For example, In 2nd gear in traffic, will you lug it around 1200-1800 or do you prefer to shift to 1st?
