ooh...Viggen. Now wouldn't that be a great ending to your story! Replacing a 9-3 with a Viggen...
As STICKMAN said, used will save you lots of money. The SS is probably a wonderful car, even if it can't spin its tires from a red light like Bruiser's car can. Still, it costs a lot more. I like buying used, although CPO or at least buying from a reputable dealer is worth a little extra money, in my opinion.
OTOH, if I were you, I wouldn't be satisfied just replacing my 9-3 with an equivalent. The whole process is a hassle, you have to get used to a new car with its own unique problems, and in the end, you're right back where you started. If you can get a Viggen, though, you've found a great upgrade. If I were you, that's probably the way I'd go.
