You've got a couple of options:
1) Start now with once per year (or every 10k mi) changes using Mobil 1 or Amsoil. You'll need about 3&1/2 qts for each change, & you can have your shop do it at the same time as an oil change.
2) Do three or four changes in a row, following Dick's advice.
3) Find a flush service that replaces all the fluid at once.
#1 is the least expensive & very convenient.
#2 is more expensive & wasteful (you'll still need to get on a regular change schedule after you do this) & less convenient, but may be better if you worry about this sort of thing.
#3 is probably the most expensive & wasteful (it requires maybe twice as much fluid as what your tranny holds), but it's also very convenient & you'll know you've got 100% fresh fluid. You can even have them use synthetic.
I think choice #1 is fine for most folks.
