Interesting because I had the same radiator trouble. The trans oil had completely mixed with the engine cooling water and it took me ages to get the cooling water clean. I replaced all the hoses because the oil had damaged them and frequently skimmed the oil from the top of the water in the coolant tank. I was concerned that the water may have damaged the transmission so did about 4 or 5 fluid changes in quick succesion ( as draining doesn't fully empty the auto). Eventually I got everything back to normal about 15k miles ago and everything is fine. Are you filling it according to the book i.e. with the engine running and after engaging drive and reverse? It is difficult to read the dipstick, after getting the level right on future changes I measured the amount drained and then refilled with the same amount to save all the dipstick reading. Hope this helps.
