Never seen it to the point where the subframe had to be replaced.
I know that the rear stanchion arm setup is kind of cheesy with the zink plated sleeve going through the bushing but by torquing down the bolt properly (not following suggested torque specs in the book) it will hold up forever during normal wear and tear driving.
So if this dealer is seeing the problem left and right, they might not have techs that can do a personal evaluation in how much the bolts needs to be torqued compared to what the book suggest.
The bolts are too loose from factory many times and if it is left alone for too long it could result in ovaling the subframe holes but can be easily corrected by tightening the bolts.
Sure, poly bushings will put even more stress onto that fastener since it transfer the shock wave straight to the bolt instead of flexing the original rubber bushing.
