Those 8mm allen head bolts should not be too tight if the head of the bolt is removed. They should come out with a decent extractor or a left hand drill bit and reversable drill. The top bracket has 4 13mm headed bolts holding it on and yes the bottom back one is a little tough. The bottom bracket also holds the axle support bearing so you would have to undo the right side ball joint to get it to move much. Of course if you break a n extractor the problem gets worse. I don't even try to get them out through the top. I undo the exhaust clamp from the front pipe and get tem out that way.
