This does read like a tire alignment problem. With excessive toe-out, you could cause extreme wear to the inside edge of the front tires. Equally with excessive camber, you could have inside edge of tire taking most of the wear. Recheck the alignment, drive for a week (as you would normally), look at inside edge of tires for unusual wear/scuffing. Only otehr tought I have - maybe excessive flexing in front of car such that tops of suspension towers are leaning inwards too much. That's extreme but bear in mind - Abbott sell as strut to stiffen the frame in this area. Dean - help me out as you may have some experience in this
