Thanks for the input everyone. I'll check the alignment and try upping the tire pressure a little -- I'm currently running 35psi.
Dean thanks for the advice on Abbott bushings and brace - I can feel the flexing when I'm pushing the car hard. I'd like put in those upgrades (as well as the ECU chip) - getting fiscal approval from the "boss" - my wife, will require a little negotiation!
I was happy with the total mileage I got on the tires - especially since I choose not to rotate - I do mostly highway driving (45k per year) - about 50% is interstate - but the rest is narrow winding mountain roads - roads I drive very often, so I "know" just how fast I can take the curves - and I run most of then at 20 - 25 mph over the posted advisory. I rarely "drift" the front end and rarely (but occasionally) spin the wheels on hard acceleration in turns
