No, the tracks of dried gunk indicate wind-blown water. It's about halfway up the A-pillar. From the tracks it's clear where the seal is tight and where it is not, seepage is obvious there.
The door may have moved, that's kind of what I'm hoping. The car is 6 years old and getting kind of loose, it wouldn't surprise me. My front end clunk is back, or at least a relative of the last one, so when the car is in I'll see if they can adjust the doors. I wouldn't expect them to go the whole life of the car without adjustment.
