First I would like to thank Dean for doing such a great job documenting all these procedures. I don't think I would have done it without those instructions. Heres is a couple of observasion that I want to make. Your hands will get very dirty so buy some midical style gloves and save yourself the pain. The amount of time it took me for the whole job was about 3 hours. I think one hour of that time was spend trying to get one of bolts holding the caliper back in. Second wheel was under 1 hour. I used a metal pipe as an extension to my rachet to get those 10 mm hex bolts. You will also need 5 mm allen wrench to get the bolt holding the disk off (Dean I think you didn't list that in your tool requirements section). After 3 hours of work the satisfaction level from a job well done was tramendous. I would defently suggest this job as DIY.
