I would leave the battery in and connected and charge it from time to time, or leave a trickle charger on it. You could use a timer with a charger as well. The battery will probably be better kept cold, everything else being equal. Is theft an issue? Doyou really need the alarm set?
Perhaps you can forego using the alarm and pull the DI fuse as a security issue.
It has long been recommended to run an engine of a stored vehicle and get the AC going. This is thought to help the comresssor seal. If the weather gets dry and decent from time to time it would be better to drive rather than idle. This will reduce condensation in the engine and exhaust.
Be sure to set out mouse traps and poison bait. I just finished repairs to wiring. There was lots of damage to wires and to harness bundles. A vehicle that is not been used is very tempting to a mouse. And the air filter box makes a great nest and the OEM paper element is ready for shreding into a nest! The K&N with steel mesh is mouse proof. Bird food needs to be kept in sealed container to avoid having a colony of mice.
