I don't have a Tech II in front of me right now either, but if you search around in the various options you'll find it. It's most likely in the SID adjustment options. As I recall the correction factor is in liters. Check one car against the other and see what the DTE factors are...
While you're at it, in the same adjustment options you can tweak the "see no evil" temperature gauge. Y'all know that the temp gauge has a wide mid range that it calls "normal". The high and low normal range values can be set so that the temp gauge more accurately reflects the engine temp.
