This does depend on your driving profile.... as always.

The Rotella synthetic has a very robust addative package. So you will probably not be draining out of concern for depletion of that. So it will be more driven by the need to drain out wear metals.

You have 94.5K miles in 10 years. If you are doing short trips then this is considered severe duty if the engine is not driven enough distance each trip beyond getting fully warmed up.

If not for the short trips some would argue for changing the oil once a year. With cold winters and your shorter trips, I would change the oil twice a year. If you change you own, you will want to do this in the spring and fall when the weather is more comfortable for this.

I am enthusiastic about xW40 oils after my 95SET ran much smoother and quieter than with M1 10W30.

Purolator PureOne filtes are around $6US each and are very good! For the V6, the one you would need is PL10111

PART TYPE NOTE PART #
PUREONE Oil Filter PL10111

"PureONE features exclusive MICRONIC® Filtration media that traps even the smallest particles of dirt and grime before they get to your engine. Particles too small for conventional filters to catch. Which is why PureONE is the top ranked filter in SAE tests at keeping your oil pure. And why no other filter provides better protection for your engine.

Filtration Efficiency: PureONE is clearly superior to all other leading brands. With its exclusive MICRONIC® filtration system, PureONE captures 98% of all contaminants as measured by the Society of Automotive Engineers' (SAE) #J806 Multiple Pass Test.
More pleats: Provide more filter surface area to prevent oil restriction and allow an added measure of engine protection.
Silicone anti-drainback valve: Retains oil in the filter providing quick lubrication to vital engine parts at start-up. (On models as required by the manufacturer.)
PTFE coated sealing gasket: Reduces friction to assist in removal of the filter.

Type of Filter: Spin-on
