Everything in life has it's own practical application. Clay is good for removing contamination/residue and nothing more. I find it really irritating on this board to see the almost daily inquiries of novices who have never heard of this VERY old product, as if it were some kind of revolutionary cure all. Wake up people, it's just friggin'clay! Enough about it already! Mayabe the non-stop talk about clay has raised the level of expectations and that is unfortunate. I will say this, you'd have to be mildly retarded to think that clay would take off scratches. Great comment about the heat though, everyone knows that heat is what your paint truly needs and begs for! Ever try brake fluid on those tuff swirls?
