Actually, ergonomics wise, the NG900 is quite remarkable. I spent a summer analyzing the radio / instrument cluster for a Usability class and found just 1 or 2 minor issues. Much of what common mortals see as 'good ergonomics' is relatively easy to analyze and quantify, and it was quite an experience to see that the designers went to the trouble of doing the analysis in the first place. It was also interesting to see that the 1 or 2 issues were addressed later on (bass / treble control diameter too small)
