People who drive slowly in the RIGHT 2 lanes frustrate the truckers... at least those in the 2nd lane, anyway... This much I know because I have several friends who own their own trucking companies.
Anyway, if you are on a 4 lane highway and are driving 70 or 75 in lanes 2 or 3, that is fine by me... as long as there is still a "passing" lane open to higher speeds.
I've posted elsewhere that this is never a problem on 95 North of Boston, as traffic tends to be well over the speed limit even in the right lane. I wasn't paying attention to my speed not long ago, traveling in the 3rd lane and looked down to see that I was doing around 90mph!!!
And that was right with traffic.
