At 6'2" I'd say the 21" range...but go to a bike shop and stand over a few bikes..and ride them. Any good shop will get you set up on the right size bike. It may mean changing stems for your arms.
I have freakishly long arms and legs, so I did some fit adjustments to my bike. I am 5'11" and ride a "Medium" Klein (About 17.5 inches). It is a bit small for me, but I gained a little manuverability and saved a little weight. I got a longer seat post, and low-rise handle bars.
There are a lot of things to make a bike fit right. Take the time to make sure you're comfortable. If riding is comfortable, you'll be more likely to do it often...and the same goes for the alternative.
Good luck.
