Those are all highly valid and annoying to me too... here are a few more...
Another one that really gets me is the driver who spins wheels to get out of the driveway/sideroad in front of me, forcing me to slam on the brakes, then he dawdles down the road 10 mph below the speed limit...
Then theres the driver who keeps slowing as they approach you waiting to pull out of a side road, but they never quite slow enough to let you get out, just keep slowing enough to keep you waiting as long as possible...
People who refuse to let you out of the center lane into the right lane so you can exit/make a right turn... like, 'it's my territory, I can control you by preventing you from making the turn you want to, and you thought you were so smart passing cars in the center lane!'
One thing that beats pacing with the car next to them on two lane roads, is pacing with the car next to them on four lane roads... I see this a lot on Rt. 2 in MA, fortunately, it picks up an extra lane to the right, so you can pass on the inside. God help us if passing on the right is ever outlawed.
I won't even start on *&(&^$$ cellphones... just to say that the 3,000 anytime minutes for $39.95 must have killed more people than lack of gun control ever will.
As tempting as it is to drive erratically to wake up some of the dickheads, I refuse to do anything that will increase the danger on the roads... God knows, it's dangerous enough with all the people who can't drive well, without those of us who can drive well, reducing ourselves to driving badly...
