Tyre rotation does not call for an alignment, no worries there. Secondly, the tyres will not need replacing. Tyres have come a long way since 1970 when tyres would unrepairably flat spot. You might notice a vibration for a few miles, but after that the tyres are fine. In fact, on most cold winter nights, you'll notice that the tyres will flatspot a tad anyway. I wouldn't worry, you made a good decision.
With only 180 miles, the car needs nothing. Drive and enjoy.
Cheers,
Brian.
