At what point do we decide that the line has been crossed between expressing opinion and preaching? And so what if that line is crossed. If someone feels passionately about something, let them express their opinion.
Also, why shouldn't there be regulations regarding what you can and can't buy or how it can be used? If something is proven to be a danger to others, then its use should be restricted to an environment in which it isn't dangerous or perhaps be allowed by special permit. I can't drive a semi with my current driver's license, nor do I expect to be allowed to. And if I want to, even want to very badly, so what? I fail to see why this is a problem. There are plenty of examples of this which are commonly accepted. Drunk driving, for example. Or if I wanted to drive one of those monster car crushing trucks that they advertise the shows for on TV (BE THERE!!!!!!) on the road, this would not be allowed, no matter how much I want to. What I want to do is not the issue so much as what is safe for all. That's what I think the debate should be about.
