I had a 94SC2 with black leather, etc. It never broke. Looked good. Was fun to drive and handled extremely well with sticky tires. It had decent low end torque but was not a racing machine. My only complaint was that it was "buzzy" but what do you want for $13K.
We got 60% of the value on trade in after 6 yrs and 85K miles. Not bad. :)
ps. I can't get past the Ion dash... ;(
