Lambda calculation indicates your car is running significantly lean. Your Lambda value is 1.078 meaning you are 7.8% leaner than ideal air/fuel ratio. This will have a significant impact on tailpipe-out NOx values because you have excess oxygen in the air/fuel mixture, and the reduction function of the cat which controls NOx has the job of stripping oxygen molecules away from nitrogen molecules, and this function is severely inhibited by too much oxygen in the engine-out exhaust gas as it enters the cat. That's the 30-second Lambda Lesson.

Lambda values can be distorted by exhaust leaks anywhere in the exhaust system, before or after the cat, so Job 1 is to make sure there are no exhaust leaks so that the measured gas values are trustworthy.

Assuming no exhaust leaks, Job 2 is to figure out why the engine is running lean. There are many causes such as bad O2 sensor, clogged fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, vacuum leaks......pretty hard to help you sort that out over the internet. You need a good diagnostician who understands how these things work.

Lambda should generally be within 2% of 1.00, ie 0.98-1.02, or the cat will not work right.

Chances are that straightening out your fuel control problem will bring exhaust gas values well under passing limits with your existing cat. In any instance, proper order of procedure is to establish correct fuel control before wasting money on a cat that may not help all that much.
