That is some pretty good values all over.
I see quite a few cars with around 1000 to 1200 ppm of NOx and it might be something very little to bring that value down that just about anything can do it.
The CO2 is a value that doesn't mean too much (even though about 14% to 15% is to prefer) but you do have some O2 left in the tail pipe which means that the car might enjoy getting a little bit more fuel to help use up the O2 and bring it down to about 0.5%
Feed the engine more fuel could be as easy as finding and plugging a vacuum leak somewhere.
If the engine gets more fuel it will burn cooler and that will bring down the NOx.
The CO at 0.11% is a little bit on the lean/low side for these older Volvos, especially with a marginal/small after market cat.
Sometimes with values that marginal I have just tried another smog station that run the test just a little bit different (different gear and engine rpm) and that made the car pass.
How is everything else service wise on the car? Plugs, air filter, PCV system? Have you run some Techron concentrate through the tank lately? Partially clogged injectors can make the engine run lean.
