Unfortunantly my trans crapped out on me before I could take it to dynojet dyno. I think I have a dyno dynamics dyno around here however it's only HP & also doesn't show power vs RPM, only MPH :(
FWIW I have a GT3071r & NOT the larger GT-30 which I think would of been to large for my car unless I just wanted 400 whp. The GT3071r is designed for 2.0L motors & is rated for 450 HP. The slightly larger GT-30 is rated for 500+ HP I isn't designed for a small 4 cylinder turbo. I tried a GT-30 at first & I switched to the 3071r because I didn't want to wait for power especially since I wanted to use my car a LOT at the local roadcoarse :) I need minimal lag & a big fat powerband
With your 9-5 I would think a gt28 could be to small & not give you the power you want. I would do the GT28rs as a minimum & preferably a GT2871r which I would think with the proper hardware would be a rocket on a 2.3L motor! You should be able to get to the 300 whp mark with this turbo pretty easily & with a turbo like mine 350+ whp should be possible.
I also lost quite a bit of torque with my car shifting the power up however for the C900 it's needed to save the trans which unfortunantly didn't work to well for me.
Hopwfully this spring after I get my tax refund I will get my Scanwest trans for my car & throw it on a dyno at that time
