Whey-hey...there's a difference between me and Gary and it's not just the stand alone systems we've chosen! I haven't blown up any trannies on the SPG...
...now the rally car though, that's a different story! ;)
While fuel chips are nice, stock c900 engine management doesn't leave much room for ignition tuning. In my opinion, it is easier to tune to the 250-300 crank hp range with stand alone than with the stock systems. With a dyno, wideband and stand alone, you can really do whatever you want. But, whatever works. Personally, I got sick of mucking around with the stock stuff, and for me, stand alone was the answer. It might not be for everyone though.
