I've tried/swapped these things while trouble shooting. Boxes(apc) harness, KS, pressure switches and solenoids. Brake sensor is taped off.

With these newer style items one the car, Box, harness, solenoid, and pressure switch, I get these readings.

Car, 10.46v
APC solenoid at the box, 7.47v
APC solenoid, 1.46v
Pressure switch 1.46v
White yellow wire going into the fuse box, 1.46v
Tapping the KS has the same out come. Didn't see a spike or drop in volts.

Knowing that it has to go into and out of the white bulkhead why would I see such a drop. Could this be from it grounding out somewhere? I couldn't find the wire at the bulkhead. Of course it's the one on top so it's the hardest to get to. Plus there is so many of them. I'm somewhat afraid I might pull some other wire out.

I'm thinking I may only be getting 7v at the harness because the battery is low. But again why the drop in volt in the engine compartment?? I'll charge the battery tonight.
