I'm confused how you're measuring the pressure switch etc. Measurements for those components shouldn't be voltage, but resistance of the component with it unplugged from the harness.

Solenoid: With 12v applied across it, it should allow air into the R port.
Check the resistance of the wires in the harnesses too. more than an ohm or two means somethings corroded.

The knock sensor is a piezo-microphone, so it will show A/C voltage in the milli-volt range when you tap it. The harder the tap, the higher the voltage.

The pressure transducer should be 5 to 13 ohms at atmospheric pressure. The book also says it should be 83-92 ohms at .6 bar.

Also for what it's worth, if you have one wired, the knock light should flash when you turn the power to the APC on.

To test the wiring between the APC and the solenoid, measure the resistance between the plug at the solenoid and the pin in the APC.
