I'm not sure if I'm visualizing the same thing Chaz is, but I think the WG should be ported to the "twin section" equally, essentially resulting in a divided WG port just before entering the turbo.
Mill/cut out a hole in the middle of your photo below, then cut your WG pipe to fit the cutout, angled toward the turbo. IMHO, this far down the collector shouldn't load your cylinders unevenly.
Is the WG welded-on, or flanged?
