Jordan:
I appreciate that you've had a bad experience, but I also gotta say you may not know the whole story. I live less than 10 miles from these guys, and they're good people. I know Dan (one of the owners) quite well, and three of the "desk guys" have helped me out of more than one tight space - one of them lives around the corner from me. They are not terribly knowledgable about Saabs - moreso Volvos - but they've never failed to get me what I needed when I needed it. As for the guys picking the parts, they *all* speak English and do it quite well. Beyond that, they are some of the best part-pullers I've ever dealt with - light years beyond the BMW and Ford people just up the street from them. Every time I've requested something they've provided exactly what I asked for, brought all the hardware with, and have been exceptionally careful about not cutting/breaking/tearing things were it isn't absolutely necessary. I've bought *easily* $5000 worth of parts from these people - including two complete Saabs - and never once have they failed to deliver or honor a warranty when approached.
Dunno what to tell you, and I'm sorry you had some bad experiences, but OTOH if they were that terrible, they wouldn't be in business and/or not doing half as well as they are... They've doubled in size since I first showed up five years ago looking for a front bumper, and the area they're in is extremely competitive - there are two other Saab/Volvo specialists within driving distance, and dozens of generic yards within one square mile.
