It sounds as if you have a crankcase ventilation problem since higher levels of forced induction brings your smoking symptoms. The crank case and oil supply need to be open and free from building pressures. Any pressures within the crankcase could create problems with the turbocharger oil return. Oil levels build within the turbocharger bearing housing and bypass the piston ring turbine oil seal making for symptoms identical to yours. Check your one way check valve (white and gray plastic valve spliced into vac. line at valve cover vent) and any restrictions with regard to crank case vent. You could also remove the "breather" elbow within the valve cover and replace to a small filter (allowing for the crank case to vent to atmos.) for testing (drive with filter in and look for smoke in exhaust under same driving conditions).

If the filter to atmos. does not improve your symptoms, another possible culprit could be a worn turbocharger turbine piston ring oil seal and a simple seal replacement could remedy.
