Underhood temps .... On my street/track car, I use a manual switch on the fans to cool eng bay. Do this as approaching destination helps lots. Also have a timer to allow fan to stay on 5 minutes after shutdown. VERY effective. For C900, a used turbo timer (thepartstrader.com) could be used, linked to fan-switch ... this would kick on turbo side fan, to really cool the major head source. Ideally, a fan should also be used on IC, so you could manually cool in hot traffic .. keep IC from becoming a pre-heater!
Cool Air Intake .... For C900, best to go air/water IC ... this frees up lots of cool front air.
Otherwise, keep oem box with K&N drop in (clean often), and move oil cooler to right side. Then use rectangular Pep-Boys inlet duct, under car, to move air to opening near engine case, and continue as an additional inlet into the oem canister. If inner fender filter location, can also just catch the 'oil-cooler' air, and send up to inner fender at front.
