I have this problem with my 9000T also. Part of my solution to increase airflow thru the radiator and IC was to reduce the underhood air pressure. Air entering the underhood area other than by going thru the coolers adds pressure under the hood and thereby limits the amount of air that can pass thru the coolers. So, I fabicated an aluminum pan under the front of the car that is much tighter than the factory unit. Then I blocked off any places that air could enter or go around the radiators. Used 1" pipe insulation and air conditioning foam wrap, its about 3" square. Its had stayed in place, and you can't see it unless you look close with the hood open. Hood louvres would be nice, but Ricey and expensive. I am now looking at placing louvres in the plastic fender liners to vent air into the wheel wells, any ideas?
