It's just that line is kinda behind the TB and it could have come off while you were working in there, but if the gauge is working its probably OK. I guess you'll have to wait until the East Coast boys are up in the morning. If the earlier 9000 has a IAC it could be your idle set scew is not high enough and the butterfly is slamming shut before the IAC can adjust.
