I figured it out this afternoon. Last night after posting, I got a call form Dave at SPG-9. That was at 1:30 a.m. Talk about customer service!
He gave me the same suggestions as did Kooch, Aaron, and the rest. He told me to do the following things:
1. Get rid of that blk/wht valve going to the AID thingy (stock unit)
2. Ensure the AMM's ohms are set at 360. I placed mine at 365 Ohms. before that it was at 385 ohms.
3. He said that my base boost is probably O.K. he gauge needle sits at 1/3 into the white zone.
4. I even figured out how to adjust that dash pot or UFO looking thingy behind the t-body. The screw at the end of mine had fallen off, I never noticed it. It's good to go now. it now reaches idle after 3-4 seconds, thanks to Aaron for telling me that..
