no i'm saying that your AT will blow up no matter what you do. if you wish to hasten it's demise by providing the opportunity to do so than by all means help yourself. However, if you wish to know the facts regarding your plans then you should see what those who can actually figure out what kind of car they have say about it so that you can make an informed decision. Stage numbers are meaningless as is the stated "20hp" increase, ya get what you get and without a dyno it is a bogus number. what matters is PSI and air flow. Simply by turning two adjustments on you apc you can boost to higher levels and stay with stock injectors. that's basically all that a stage one does. that 20 hp on an automatic trans yields a LOT less than that at the road which directly equates to heat inside the AT. so yes, 6-7 hp worth of heat added to your transmission is a dig deal. your first step prior to that should be to thoroughly flush and clean your AT and put in AMSOIL ATF. That will at least help your trans deal with the extra heat. a better AT cooler would also be a good step as would be a external spin on AT fluid filter. get a boost gauge and start setting the pressure up yourself. that only costs 40 bucks or so and then you have total control over it. Saabs are very simple cars to tweak but there is not one REAL performance guy here who will advise doing it if you have an AT unless your goal is to swap it out.
