Ok, I have been reading the MBC posts for awhile so I understand. As I assume my car (919KT) has an aftermarket APC (boost to low 20's), I have not seen the need. But if I put MBC between "C" nipple and APC valve and set it lower than max boost, say to 15, what I am getting from you guys is that even if the APC is telling the valve to open the waste gate in order to modulate boost, there won't be any pressure there to act on WG until MBC opens? And this both allows faster spoolup and higher boost in 1st and 2nd, (just what I need!). And it will maintain APC safety functions. So, then in the future, if I was to use a larger turbo with this MBC valve setup, I may be able to mitigate the slower spool up?
