Generally rear sways will settle understeer (too stiff may cause oversteer, not a good thing w/FWD) while front sways generally settle the rear end from oversteer. Finding the right combination can be a challenge.
As far as sources, the only one I'm aware of is SAS. Does SPG-9 or SD do suspension, or just engine mods? Abbott might also, but I get the impression that they're moving away from, or already have moved away from the C900 for the most part, and are concentrating on the new stuff.
You may find the Intrax springs themselves may improve the understeer -- just depends on the compliance differential between the front and rear springs. Consider changing those first before doing the sways.
