As I add more power, these weaknesses show themselves exponentially.
88 SPG stock swaybars, springs, and shocks are very good. Just not good enough for this application (I now know).
The stock SPG stuff WAS doing just fine for me, especially since I added the improved braking, bushings, and wheel/tire combo. With the added and tweaked power, the car outruns itself, handling-wise. Before, wheelspin was occassional. Now it is all the time. It feels like just changing the tires would do it, but these other improvements are a must, if not only for saftey's sake.
I will be picking up the Intrax springs soon, without a doubt. Next paycheck, ok?! : )
The A520s were great for 5K. They are toast now. Toyos seem to be getting rave reviews. I will look into these further.
